Common questions
A simulation run is one complete execution request, such as docking a compound library against a receptor or running an MD trajectory for a protein variant. A batch submission, such as 500 compounds docked in one job, counts as one run. The simultaneous-run limit sets how many jobs can run at once, not how many you can submit per month.
Yes. Upgrades can happen at any time, with added capacity available immediately. Downgrades begin with your next billing cycle.
SilicoLabs offers accredited academic research groups a 30% discount. Contact [email protected] from your institutional email to apply.
Your input structures, simulation settings, and results are not shared with other teams or used to train our models. Each team's data runs in an isolated compute environment. See the Data and Security page for full details.
Qualified research teams can apply for a limited pilot with 5 simulation jobs at no cost, allowing you to assess result quality before choosing a plan. Request early access to apply.
